Guglielmo Bianchi

Guglielmo Bianchi serves as the Group CFO at Testbusters since April 2016, overseeing significant growth and a cross-border M&A operation that expanded the company’s reach in the Ed-tech sector. Under Guglielmo's leadership, Testbusters transitioned from a startup to a prominent international player, increasing revenue from €2.5 million to €8.5 million. Guglielmo also co-founded Italianforawhile, addressing a niche market for immersive Italian language learning experiences for foreign students, with a cultural travel sector generating over €50 million. Previous experience includes roles at Studio commercialista Sgaramella as a trainee and various financial positions at Testbusters, starting with the transformation of the company from SNC to SRL with an initial revenue of €700,000. Guglielmo holds a managerial training degree in financial modeling from SDA Bocconi and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
