Elmer Monster

Elmer Monster has extensive experience in the corporate world, having worked for a variety of companies since 1998. Elmer started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate, then moved on to Hoffmann - La Roche AG where they held the roles of Audit Manager EMEA & Asia Pacific and Senior Auditor. In 2007, they joined Roche Diagnostics as Director of Finance and Logistics and Director Americas & CEMAI. In 2014, they took on the role of Global Head Pharma Business Planning at F. Hoffman La Roche, and also became Commercial Director Middle East at Roche Diagnostics Middle East FZCO. In 2017, they became Finance Director Roche Diagnostics Saudi Arabia at Roche Diagnostics Middle East FCZO. In 2019, they co-founded Coretag Holding AG and also became CFO at Coretag AG. Theircurrent position is Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Supervisory Board at TestCard.com, a position they have held since 2022.

Elmer Monster attended Europese School from 1980 to 1992. Elmer then went on to study Technische Bestuurskunde at Delft University of Technology from 1992 to 1994. Elmer then attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1994 to 1998. In 2005, they completed the CIA program at the Institute for Internal Auditors, and in 2008 they completed the Roche Leadership Program at IMD.
