Rainer Roten

Rainer Roten currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of TESTEX AG, Swiss Textile Testing Institute, since May 2021, and is a Member of the Board of Directors at EMS-CHEMIE AG as of August 2023. Previously, Rainer held significant leadership positions at Schindler Group, including Group CEO Staff and CEO of Schindler China, where strong operational leadership resulted in top rankings in customer service and employee satisfaction. Rainer has extensive experience in the textile and industrial sectors, having served as CEO of SSM Schärer Schweiter Mettler AG and held various executive roles at Oerlikon, contributing to financial performance and strategic growth amidst economic challenges. Rainer Roten holds an MBA from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a B.Sc. in Betriebsökonomie from the Federal Universities of Applied Science.
