Oksana Svetlakova

Oksana Svetlakova has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and engagement strategies. Oksana started their career in 2006 as a CM at ITech+. In 2008, they joined QArea as a Business Developer, where they facilitated the development of relationships with new clients and ensured high-quality software testing and quality assurance services. In 2013, they became a Project Manager at QArea, responsible for smooth operations and clear communication between clients and project managers. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Sales Director at TestFort, where they assisted clients in choosing the right services for their business needs. In 2016, they returned to QArea as the Vice President of Engagement, leading cross-functional teams, executing engagement strategies, and building strong customer relationships. Overall, Oksana Svetlakova has demonstrated expertise in customer engagement, revenue growth, team leadership, and knowledge of industry trends.

Oksana Svetlakova attended Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Software Engineering.
