Oleg Sivograkov

Oleg Sivograkov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT operations and management. Currently serving as Vice President of IT Operations at TestFort and Chief Operating Officer at QArea, a highly regarded software outsourcing company, Oleg has been instrumental in guiding both organizations since September 2017. Oleg's career also includes leadership roles such as Vice President of Technology at Unicorners and Managing Director at Diligences, along with prior positions in product and project management at Cyber Education and DA Course. Oleg's earlier experience features significant roles in human resources management at Platinum Bank Украина and the Group of companies "Foxtrot." Oleg holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Kharkov State University, completed between 1988 and 1993.
