Namrata Kamdar

Namrata Kamdar has had a diverse range of work experiences. Namrata began their career at H&R Block as a Tax Specialist from 2009 to 2013. Following that, they joined Traction Tire in 2010 and held multiple roles, including Business Analyst, Inventory Controller, and Finance Controller. Their responsibilities involved analyzing tire SKU data, coordinating with operations and executive management, and managing inventory and pricing strategies. In 2014, Namrata co-founded HNR Tech, an IT services company specializing in web and mobile-based applications. Currently, they are working as a Business Analyst at SimpleTire since 2021. Additionally, in 2022, they became a Co-Founder of Testlify, a talent assessment platform aimed at automating and streamlining the hiring process.

Namrata Kamdar has completed multiple educational programs throughout their career. In 2021, they received a Credential of Readiness (CORe) from Harvard Business School Online, focusing on Business Analytics, Economics, and Financial Accounting. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai in 2007. Before their time at the University of Mumbai, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science at Ramnarain Ruia College. Additionally, Namrata Kamdar has acquired several certifications, including Requirements Elicitation and Analysis from LinkedIn in February 2022, Business Analysis Foundations from LinkedIn in February 2021, and Learning Jira (Cloud Edition) from LinkedIn in February 2021.
