Kristin Smith

Kristin Smith, RMCP®, currently serves as a Resource Manager at Testlio since October 2025. With an extensive background in resource management, Kristin has held similar positions at PointClickCare and AppDynamics, where responsibilities included capacity planning, vendor management, budgeting, and staffing. Kristin's previous experience at RBA, Inc. involved orchestrating cross-functional activities and resourcing engagements based on client needs. Earlier roles as Operations and Resource Manager at Harbinger Partners and Project Manager at Digineer further solidified expertise in optimizing employee deployment to enhance both satisfaction and revenue. Kristin attended North Dakota State University and has a background in Dental Assisting from Northwest Technical College - Moorhead.
