Evan Zabawski

Evan Zabawski, CLS, is a seasoned professional in the field of lubrication and tribology with extensive experience in both technical advisory roles and educational outreach. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Advisor at Eurofins TestOil since August 2016, Evan has a history of contributing to the lubrication industry as the Volunteer Editor of TLT, the official monthly magazine of the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers, from June 2009 to July 2021. Previous positions include Business Development/Reliability Specialist at ALS Tribology and Senior Reliability Specialist at Fluid Life, where responsibilities encompassed conducting seminars, analyzing oil results, and developing lubricant standards. Earlier roles include Lead Research Scientist at EPT - CleanOil, where presentation and publication on oil analysis best practices were key duties, and Manager of the Chemistry Division at AGAT Laboratories, focusing on educational seminars and lab management. Evan holds a 4th Class Power Engineering degree and a Chemical Engineering Technologist degree from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
