Manager of K12 Customer Success at TestOut

Wendy Edwards has extensive experience in account management and customer success in the education technology industry. Wendy is currently the Manager of K12 Customer Success at CompTIA, starting in January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at TestOut Corporation where they held various positions over the years. Wendy was the Manager of K12 Customer Success, starting in December 2021. Before that, they served as the K-12 Senior Account Manager from January 2019 to December 2021, responsible for managing accounts and fostering customer relationships. Wendy also worked as the K-12 Account Manager for the Northeastern Region from April 2014 to January 2019. Wendy began their career at TestOut Corporation in December 2008, working in sales and customer support.

Wendy Edwards has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching with a minor in Math Education. Wendy obtained this degree from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Prior to their bachelor's degree, they attended Dixie State University from 1990 to 1992 and earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree. The field of study for their associate degree is not specified.
