Helton de Paula Almeida's work experience begins with their current position as a Software Engineer at TestReach since November 2021.

Before that, they worked as a Desenvolvedor Sênior (Senior Developer) at Compasso UOL from December 2020 to October 2021.

Prior to Compasso UOL, Helton had an extensive career at Stefanini Brasil. Helton started as an Estagiário de Desenvolvimento Java (Java Development Intern) from April 2016 to April 2017. Later, they worked as an Analista de Sistemas Junior (Junior Systems Analyst) from April 2017 to October 2018, where they developed and maintained applications using Java/JEE technologies. From October 2018 to February 2020, they served as an Analista de Sistemas Pleno (Mid-level Systems Analyst) and continued developing systems using microservices and Angular 2+. Finally, from February to December 2020, they worked as an Analista de sistemas sênior (Senior Systems Analyst), focusing on application development using Spring Boot, JEE, and Angular 2+.

Before joining Stefanini Brasil, Helton worked as a Consultor Técnico (Technical Consultant) at Grupo Minasmáquinas from June 2012 to March 2016.
