Ronald Siedel has extensive experience in powertrain control systems, having served as Team Manager at IAV from 2008 to 2021, where they led algorithm and software development, and managed international projects. They also worked as a Senior Technical Consultant, focusing on efficiency improvements in engineering development processes. Currently, Ronald is a Circle Lead in R&D and a Testing Expert at TESVOLT AG, where they are involved in the development of stationary energy storage systems. Prior to TESVOLT, they were the Chief Engineer for Software Test and Diagnostics at Clean Logistics SE from 2022 to 2023.
