Michael Egleston, CPA

Michael Egleston, CPA has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. Michael began their career in 1990 as a Senior Auditor at PwC, where they were responsible for planning and organizing audit engagements, analysis and presentation of financial statements, and the review of internal control systems. In 1995, they joined M&M/Mars as the Director of Finance for Manufacturing Supply Chain, where they managed financial operations and developed business and financial plans for 7 Factories and 6 Co-Manufacturing locations. In 2006, they moved to Ralph Lauren as the VP Assistant Corporate Controller, and later VP of Finance Wholesale Accounting. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Global Controller at Guy Carpenter for Marsh and McLennan. In 2013, they joined International Flavor and Fragrances as the Assistant Corporate Controller, and then moved to B&G Foods Inc. in 2016 as the Corporate Controller. In 2017, they became the Chief Financial Officer of Universal Marine Medical Supply International, LLC, overseeing finance, accounting, HR, IT, Private Equity reporting, debt covenant, and tax operations. Most recently, in 2020, they joined TetherView as the COO/CFO.

Michael Egleston, CPA obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from King's College between 1986 and 1989. Michael also holds a Certified Public Accountant designation from 8450.
