Joe Apodaca has worked in the technical support and analyst field since 2003. From 2003 to 2018, they worked at Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation as a Technical Analyst. In this role, they provided technical support to external business partners via phone and email, and designed and implemented an effective intranet site for the team's use. Since 2018, Joe has been a Technical Support Engineer at Tethr.
