Tingting Lu, CPA

Tingting Lu, CPA has a wealth of experience in the accounting field. Tingting began their career in 2015 as a Staff Accountant at Asahi Kasei America. In this role, they maintained and balanced an automated consolidation system, prepared general ledger entries, and prepared payments by accruing expenses. Tingting then moved to Accountant at Voltabox of Texas, Inc in 2019, where they were responsible for ERP system integration and summarizing current financial status. Later that year, Tingting took on two roles, Senior Accountant at both Charity Dynamics and Chi'Lantro. At Charity Dynamics, they executed processes and procedures to complete period-end close, moved accounting process to paperless, and developed and maintained relationships with banking partners. At Chi'Lantro, they were responsible for payroll processing and management, assisted CFO with Due Diligence process, and assisted CFO with payroll and accounting system integration. Most recently, Tingting has been the Assistant Controller at Tethr since 2020. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, including AP, AR, bank recs, tax compliance, control, and planning functions.

Tingting Lu, CPA has an extensive education history. Tingting obtained a Certificate in Accounting from UC San Diego in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration from Brooklyn College in 2018, concentrating on financial analysis and accounting. In 2012, they earned a Master's degree in Social Studies Education from Ehime University. Finally, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Japanese Language and Culture from Jiangsu University in 2008. In addition, they are a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the California Board of Accountancy.
