Heather Stone, PhD, MBA, has extensive experience in leadership and business development. Heather is currently the President of TETON Sports, a women-owned and women-led outdoor brand. In this role, they manage executives and other leaders to meet profit and loss goals, devises and implements strategies, and maintains relationships with clients, vendors, and financial advisors.

Additionally, Heather serves as the Financial Chair for the Mormon History Association starting in 2022.

Before joining TETON Sports, Heather worked as an Executive Consultant for AsktheStones.com and Business Plans, LLC. Heather then pursued higher education at the University of Utah, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Organizational Communication and Rhetoric/Writing Studies. To further enhance their knowledge and skills in business, they also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a Marketing Emphasis from the University of Phoenix.
