Elena Naroznikova

Elena Naroznikova has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Global HR Business Partner at Tetra Laval International since September 2014. Prior to this role, Elena held the position of Vice-President and Cluster Leader of Human Resources for Tetra Pak East Europe and Central Asia Cluster at Tetra Pak Russia from March 1996 to September 2014, demonstrating a strong commitment to HR leadership and strategy in the region.
