Phil Read

Phil Read serves as the Group Human Resources Officer at Tetra Laval International, overseeing HR functions for approximately 35,000 employees and holding the position of Executive Vice President Human Resources & Transformation for Tetra Pak. With prior experience as VP of Human Resources in various roles at Tetra Pak and significant HR leadership positions at Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Dow Chemical, Phil Read has developed expertise in talent development, organizational transformation, and strategic HR partnership across multiple regions and functions. Educational qualifications include an MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in International Policy from the University of Bristol.
