Marcin Pawelec

Marcin Pawelec is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Head of Communications for East Europe at Tetra Pak since December 2022. In this role, Marcin leads communication strategies across various functions to enhance the brand's reputation in several East European countries. Prior to Tetra Pak, Marcin worked as the Global PR Manager at XTB, where responsibilities included shaping a focused PR strategy for a global online investment broker. Previous positions include PR Expert at Volkswagen Financial Services, Corporate Communication Manager at Aegon, and various roles at Allianz Poland and Lukas Bank. Marcin began a career in public relations as a Junior PR Manager at Remedia Group. Marcin holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Poznan University of Economics and Business, as well as education from the University of Wroclaw and Uniwersytet SWPS.
