Marianne Gundersen-Jöndell has extensive experience in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Learning & Organisational Development Director at Tetra Pak since September 2015. Prior to this role, Marianne held positions at Qlik and ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems as a Senior Leadership & Organizational Development Consultant and HR Director for Learning & Development, respectively. Additionally, Marianne served as HR Director for Learning & Development at Cardo AB and held various consulting roles at Celemi over an eleven-year period. Academically, Marianne obtained a degree in Human Resource Management from Lund University and a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from the same institution.
