Rolf Overgaard

Rolf Overgaard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board at Glaseksperten A/S and Chairman of the Board at Thougaard A/S, Rolf also holds the position of Director at Tetra Pak, overseeing P&L and overall management for Tetra Pak Scanima A/S in Aalborg, Denmark. Previously, Rolf was Group CEO at Obel-P-Group A/S, a major manufacturer in Scandinavia for wood and furniture industry equipment, and Managing Director, Group COO at Haas-Meincke, which specializes in production equipment for biscuits and crackers. Rolf's career began at Siemens as Operations Director, where the introduction of LEAN principles led to significant organizational improvements.
