Alison Lima is the Vice President and USACE Far East District (FED) Program Manager at Tetra Tech, where they lead a team managing $21 million in infrastructure projects across ten military installations in South Korea. With over 25 years of experience in civil engineering, Alison has held various leadership roles, including Director of A-E Services, with a focus on complex design and construction projects. Alison's dedication to enhancing critical infrastructure reflects their passion for making a tangible impact in the lives of others. They have also served as Past President of the WTS-Boston Chapter, advocating for the engagement of young women in STEM and transportation careers. Currently, Alison is pursuing a Master of Science in Civil Engineering at Northeastern University, complementing their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tufts University.
