Amy Li

Amy Li serves as the APAC Tax Director at Tetra Tech since July 2025, overseeing tax operations across Australia and the APAC region while leading regional tax strategy and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Senior Tax Manager at GFG Alliance, where responsibilities included advising on M&A, corporate restructures, and international tax matters, and managing transfer pricing documentation. At Lendlease, Amy provided extensive tax support to senior management, while experience at SUEZ involved comprehensive tax advisory and compliance across the ANZ Group. Earlier roles included tax advisory work at Baker McKenzie and EY, focusing on cross-border transactions and tax compliance in the financial services sector. Amy's educational background includes a Master of Laws in Tax Law from the University of Sydney and qualifications as a Chartered Tax Adviser from The Tax Institute of Australia.
