Artila Devi

Artila Devi is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Senior Manager for Higher Education Partnerships at Tetra Tech, focusing on strengthening the capacity of higher education institutions through the Australia Awards in Papua New Guinea. Prior to this role, Artila worked as a Pacific Education Specialist with Abt Associates, contributing to the design of DFAT Australia's investment in Pacific Skills across ten countries. Artila’s expertise extends to leading the UNESCO Global Education Monitoring Report on technology and education in the Pacific and managing multi-country teams for the MFAT Pacific eLearning for Science Programme. With a strong background in stakeholder relations, Artila has held key positions at Fiji National University and The University of the South Pacific, where strategic partnerships and alumni engagement were pivotal. Artila holds a Master of Education in Gender and International Development from UCL, a Master’s in Applied Linguistics from the University of Southern Queensland, and a Bachelor’s in Education from The University of the South Pacific.
