Bill Larson

Bill Larson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset management, business development, and engineering technology. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Asset Management at Tetra Tech since July 2020, Larson focuses on business development in the Southeast US and oversees project management for initiatives such as the RailAI Autonomous Track Inspection System. Notably, Larson held leadership roles including President of both the NDIA First Coast Chapter and the Rotary Club of Fleming Island, FL. Prior experience at CSX includes positions as Director of Engineering Technology and Training, where Larson led technology initiatives and inspection automation; Director of Process Improvement, overseeing asset management strategies; and Director roles in Mechanical Materials and Mechanical Purchasing. Larson's career began in the US Navy, achieving the rank of Captain, and is academically backed by a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from Duke University and an MA in National Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
