Clarissa Brelinger de Luca Menin

Clarissa Brelinger De Luca Menin serves as the Oceanography, Coastal Engineering and Water Resources Manager at Tetra Tech since September 2012, also holding titles such as Technical Leader in Coastal Oceanography and Engineering, Coastal Engineering Manager, and Environmental Modeling Specialist. From April 2022, Clarissa has been the President of PIANC Brasil Jovens Profissionais. Previously, from September 2011 to September 2012, Clarissa worked as a Consultant for the Ministry of the Environment, contributing to the "Transferência de Metodologias de Apoio a Gestão da Costa Brasileira" project. Earlier experience includes a Researcher position at the Instituto de Hidráulica Ambiental de Cantabria, focusing on coastal engineering projects, and an internship in the Geological Oceanography department at Universidade do Vale do Itajaí. Clarissa holds a Master's degree in Coastal and Port Engineering from Universidad de Cantabria and a Bachelor's degree in Geological Oceanography from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí, along with ongoing MBA studies in Renewable Energy at Estácio.
