Lead Controls Engineer at Tetra Tech

Daniel Delgadillo is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in controls and automation. Currently serving as the Lead Controls Engineer at Tetra Tech since May 2021, Daniel excels in overseeing engineering specifications and developing Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems, with a strong focus on process control and industrial automation. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at IBRA-RMAC Automation Systems, LLC as a Controls and Automation Engineer, where notable achievements included delivering efficient design and programming of control systems and standardizing SCADA processes. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, where Daniel contributed to various engineering designs and improved project management through effective communication. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from California State University, Northridge.
