David Frodsham

David Frodsham is a Senior Civil Engineer at Tetra Tech since July 2017, with prior experience as an Engineering Project Manager at Calvin, Giordano & Associates from May 2012 to July 2017, where responsibilities included design, environmental permitting, and project administration related to civil engineering works. David served as a Staff Engineer at East Bay Group, LLC, from May 2008 to May 2012, overseeing projects in Panama and managing GIS data collection. As an Environmental Health Engineer with the Peace Corps from August 2005 to October 2007, David focused on rural aqueduct project development, securing grants and successfully delivering clean water to underserved communities. Early in the career, David gained experience as a Construction Management Intern at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. Educational credentials include a BS in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Louisville.
