Denis Pitarka

Denis Pitarka is an experienced communications professional currently serving as a Communications Specialist and Media Monitoring expert at Tetra Tech since January 2023. Previously, Denis contributed to the World Bank's Property Registration Program (RECAP) from August 2010 to January 2023 as a Public Relation and Outreach specialist, focusing on promoting policies related to property rights and enhancing public perceptions. Simultaneously, Denis worked with the Kosovo Cadastral Agency on projects related to immovable property rights registration, holding roles that emphasized public relations, communications, and outreach strategies from August 2010 to January 2023. Earlier, from July 2010 to January 2023, Denis served as a Public Relations Specialist on a World Bank-funded project. Denis began the career as a translator for the Privatization Agency of Kosovo from January 2007 to June 2009, facilitating communication across Albanian, Serbian, and English. Denis holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree from the Kosovo Institute of Journalism and Communication with a focus on public relations, outreach, and related fields.
