Kisa Elmer

Kisa Elmer is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Tetra Tech since October 2022, with prior experience as a Consulting Geotechnical Engineer at SRK Consulting and a Project/Geotechnical Engineer at the Government of Yukon - Transportation Engineering Branch. Kisa's expertise encompasses geotechnical investigations, foundation design, geotechnical instrumentation installation, data synthesis, technical writing, permafrost classification, slope stability modeling, and project management. Kisa began the career as a Junior Geotechnical Engineer at Tetra Tech EBA and also has experience as an Environmental Project Officer Assistant with the Government of Saskatchewan and as a Research Assistant at the University of Calgary's Applied Snow and Avalanche Research. Kisa holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, completed between 2005 and 2011.
