Phil Fleming

Phil Fleming is an experienced structural engineer with a solid background in structural design and cost estimation. Currently serving as a Structural Engineer at Tetra Tech since October 2013, Phil has previously worked as a Structural Designer at LECGI Inc. and as a Cost Estimator at Abel Construction. Phil's engineering experience also includes co-op positions at Lindon Engineering and Qk4, where skills in cost analysis, AutoCAD drafting, and building design were developed. Phil holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Louisville.
