Ryan Kacirek

Ryan Kacirek, AICP, is a Project Manager - Environmental Planner at Tetra Tech since September 2024, with previous experience as a Project Manager Planner at Norris Design and a Planner at Boulder County. Kacirek's career includes responsibilities as a Planner II at Tetra Tech, focusing on creating Installation Master Plans for National Guard bases, as well as a Transportation Planning Intern at StarTran, where contributions included support for grant applications.
