Tom Rickman

Tom Rickman is a Technical Director with extensive experience in ecology and project management, specializing in biodiversity initiatives and ecological consulting. They have worked with several organizations, including Tetra Tech as the BNG Lead and Southwest Regional Lead, and have previously held positions as Principal Ecologist with Charnwood Borough Council and Director of Rickman Ecology Ltd. Tom has a Master’s degree in Environmental Consultancy from the University of Plymouth and has engaged in various ecological roles, from conservation volunteering to leading high-profile biodiversity projects. Currently, Tom is contracted as a Sub lot senior ecologist for HS2, managing ecological works for construction teams.
