Jessica Kruczek has a diverse work experience in digital marketing and management roles. Jessica started their career as a Marketing Intern at HH Brown in 2011 and returned for another internship in 2012, where they gained experience in email marketing, search engine marketing, social media, Google Analytics, SEO, and copywriting.
Jessica then joined Phase Zero Design Inc as a Marketing Coordinator in 2013, where they took on various responsibilities such as content marketing, branding, proposals and copywriting, event planning, and social media management.
In 2016, Jessica joined Quickbase as a Senior Digital Experience Manager, leading a team focused on web content, web design, and conversation rate optimization. Jessica later transitioned to the role of Senior Growth Marketing Manager, where they spearheaded the organic inbound program strategy and execution.
Before their current position at TetraScience as the Director of Digital Marketing, Jessica worked at HackerRank as a Senior Marketing Manager, Digital & Web. In this role, they managed the digital ecosystem, including SEO, SEM, web, and Google Analytics. Jessica also oversaw the paid media channels, generated demand and sales reports, and tracked marketing KPIs and funnel performance.
Throughout their career, Jessica has displayed a strong expertise in digital marketing, leading teams, optimizing digital properties, and driving growth through various marketing channels.
Jessica Kruczek completed their Bachelor of Science in Marketing at the University of Connecticut School of Business from 2009 to 2013. Jessica further pursued their education and attained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University from 2021 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, they obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in December 2015.
