Julie A. McAlindon is senior vice president, regions and chief supply chain officer for Eastman, overseeing supply chain, indirect sourcing and procurement, and regional leadership. McAlindon also leads the transformation of Eastman by building business operating model capabilities across the company and serves as the executive sponsor for Equality, the Eastman resource group for LGBTQ+ team members and their allies.
