Jen Weaver started their work experience in December 2014 as a Customer Support Specialist at You Need A Budget. Jen held this role until July 2017 before taking on the same role again in February 2017 and leaving in January 2022. In February 2022, they transitioned to the role of Support-Product Associate at the same company and left in January 2023. In February 2023, Jen joined Tettra as a Customer Success Manager, where they are currently employed. Jen also worked as an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant at BELLY TO CRADLE, LLC from May 2015 until August 2018.

Jen Weaver earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the University of West Florida, completing their studies from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they obtained certifications in Customer Success School from Pavilion University in December 2022, and in De-Escalating Conversations for Customer Service from LinkedIn in January 2022.
