Carol Richardson

Carol Richardson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate responsibility, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, and health equity. Currently, Carol serves as the Senior Director and ESG and Health Equity Lead for Teva Pharmaceuticals, as well as President of the Teva Cares Foundation Patient Assistance Program. Previous roles include Director of Corporate Responsibility at Merck and Corporate Affairs Manager at Zoetis. Additionally, Carol has academic involvement as an Adjunct Professor and Graduate Thesis Advisor at New York University. Carol is currently pursuing Executive Education in Sustainability Leadership and Corporate Responsibility at the London Business School, building on a robust educational foundation from New York University.
