Graham Hale

Graham Hale is an experienced facilities management professional with a robust background in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities Management at Teva Pharmaceuticals since January 2021, Graham has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Associate Director Facilities - Cluster Lead Western Europe and UK Facilities Manager. Prior to Teva, Graham worked at GlaxoSmithKline for nearly two decades, advancing through positions such as Facilities and Contracts Manager and Manufacturing Unit Manager. Initial career experience includes a role as Production Manager at Rank Hovis McDougall and self-employment managing retail and commercial operations at Toppers Promotions. Graham's foundational education was completed at St Albans Grammar School from 1974 to 1981.
