Jurgen Hofstede

Jurgen Hofstede serves as the Director of HR Change & Insights Europe at Teva Pharmaceuticals since June 2021, having previously held the position of Associate Director for People Analytics & HR PMO in the EU. Jurgen specializes in leading people analytical efforts and managing HR projects across a workforce of approximately 20,000 employees, while engaging with HR and commercial leadership on strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes roles such as Product Owner for HR Systems & Analytics at Holland Casino, analyst and HR business partner at Booking.com, and HR consultant at ADstede. Jurgen has also contributed to academia as a guest lecturer on people analytics at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen. Education credentials include a strategic human resources management degree from Nyenrode Business University and a master's degree in comparative public management from Leiden University.
