Steven Casto

Steven Casto is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Director of CNS Field Medical Affairs at Teva Pharmaceuticals since October 2013. With a track record of developing and executing effective medical engagement strategies, Steven has overseen a team of 5 Associate Directors and 37 field medical associates. Previous roles include Director and Associate Director of Medical Science Liaisons, where leadership in therapeutic areas facilitated successful product launches. Additionally, as an independent consultant since March 2020, Steven coaches executives and develops leadership programs. Steven's earlier experience at UCB encompassed roles in scientific relationship building and publication management. Steven holds an EdD in Exercise Science/Physiology from The University of Georgia, an MS in Biomechanics from the University of Tennessee, and a BS in Sports Medicine from the University of Charleston.
