Chuck Heiligenthal's work experience started in 1983 at Snap-on Tools, where they held several positions, including Production Manager and Quality Manager. Chuck then became the Business Owner of two coffee shop locations in Johnson City, TN from 2006 to 2012. In 2013, they became the General Manager of Catalyst Coffee Company in Greeneville, TN. Following this, they worked as the Operations Manager at Capitol Theatre of Greeneville in 2014. Since 2015, they have been working as the Facilities Manager at TEVET LLC, where they focus on customer service, procurement processes, and cost savings.
Chuck Heiligenthal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Chuck attended this university from 1978 to 1983. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Lean Master Facilitator from Milwaukee School of Engineering's (MSOE) Business Excellence Consortium in December 2002.
