Matthew Carlson

Matthew Carlson is an experienced manufacturing professional with a background in chemical and biomolecular engineering. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Tex Tech Industries since May 2019, Matthew has previously held various management roles within the same company, including Assistant Plant Manager and Rubber Coating Manufacturing Manager. Prior experience includes managing airbag coating production at Highland Industries, where a team of process engineers was overseen. Matthew also contributed as a Process Engineer and Engineer Trainee, focusing on production operations and quality improvement. Earlier roles included an internship in chemical technical support at LORD Corporation and instructional positions at North Ridge Basketball Academy and New Life Camp. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from North Carolina State University.
