Hernan Guajardo

Hernan Guajardo's work experience includes serving as the President and CEO of Tex Tube Company since April 2020. Prior to this, they were the President and CEO of C&F International from March 2012 to March 2020. Hernan also worked as the Global In House Counsel - M&A at Villacero from September 2005 to March 2012 and as the Vice President of Border Steel, Inc. from January 2000 to September 2005.

Hernan Guajardo holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law, which they obtained from New York University in 1996. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey, earning a Licenciado en Derecho degree in Law in the years 1988 to 1992.
