Alex Kress has extensive work experience at Texada Software, where they held various roles over the years. They started as a Senior Consultant in 1997 and worked in that position until 2006. In 2009, they returned to Texada Software and took on the role of Technical Sales/Solution Architect. They then progressed to Manager, Client Services, Director of Support Services, and General Manager of Operations. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the General Manager of Customer Success. In 2022, they became the Head of Client Services and ultimately transitioned to the role of Vice President of Client Services in 2023.
Additionally, Alex Kress has been involved with Conestoga College since 2016, serving as a member of the Program Advisory Committee for the School of IT. This role allows them to contribute industry insights, participate in Q&A sessions, and adjudicate Capstone projects.
From 1994 to 1997, Alex Kress attended Conestoga College, where they obtained a Diploma in Computer Programmer/Analyst.
