Rachael Schwartz Potter, MBA, CFMP, currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Senior Vice President at Texana Bank since August 2025. With a proven track record in marketing leadership, Rachael previously held the position of Marketing Director and Vice President at Farmers Bank & Trust from October 2013 to August 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing and communications for a rapidly growing community bank, along with extensive experience in product launches, conversions, and financial acquisitions.
