Paul Falcon is an experienced banking professional with over 20 years in the industry, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Texans Credit Union since March 2019. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at Wells Fargo, including Service Manager 2 and Personal Banker, where responsibilities encompassed customer service, risk management, and team member development. Early career experience at Guaranty Bank & Trust included roles such as IT Technician and Relationship Banker, focusing on account management and technical support for banking operations. Paul holds an MBA and a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University-Texarkana.
