Todd Marshall

Todd Marshall has a diverse background in education and communication. Todd is currently working as the Chief Communications Officer at Texarkana Independent School District since February 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Communication, Marketing, and Development at the same organization from February 2022 to February 2023. Before joining Texarkana ISD, Todd was the Director of CTE and STEM Education from July 2021 to February 2022. Earlier in their career, they worked as the High School Principal at Pleasant Grove ISD from July 2018 to July 2021 and as the Elementary Principal at Atlanta ISD from July 2015 to June 2018. Todd began their career in education as an Assistant Principal at Texarkana Independent School District from July 2010 to June 2015 and prior to that, they worked as a Teacher from July 2006 to June 2010.

Todd Marshall holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Southern Arkansas University, which they completed from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the same university, completing it from 1999 to 2005. Todd also holds additional certifications in "What Is Generative AI?" and "Becoming a Great Conversationalist" from LinkedIn, obtained in 2024 and 2023 respectively.
