Monica Dorsey

Monica Dorsey serves as the Diversity and Inclusion Development Coordinator and Intern Supervisor at Texas Offenders Reentry Initiative since May 2019, overseeing various aspects of administrative, educational, and supportive functions. Additionally, Monica holds roles as a DEI Case Manager, Creative Director for the Dorsey Family Foundation, Grow With Google Facilitator, UNT Intern Supervisor, Field Instructor at The University of Texas at Arlington, AHEC Health Initiative DEI Strategist, and Dallas County Minority Programs Specialist. With a diverse background in corporate social responsibility at the Dallas Mavericks and experience as a Community & Diversity Relations Specialist at the Internal Revenue Service, Monica also has a Master of Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington, complemented by degrees in Social Work and Educational Psychology from other institutions.
