Megan Ransom

Megan Ransom serves as the Chief of Staff, Interim CEO, and Director of Community Engagement at the Texas Alliance of Child and Family Services since October 2019. Previously, Megan held roles at Partnerships for Children, including Director of Foster & Adopt Services and Heart Gallery Coordinator & Marketing Manager, focusing on finding adoptive families for children with special needs. Prior to that, Megan worked with Texas CASA as a Quality Assurance Specialist, advocating for abused and neglected children, and at the Indiana Youth Services Association as a Grants Administrator & Safe Place State Coordinator. Early career experience includes being a Program Director at AYS Inc., promoting children's well-being in after-school programs. Megan holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University and a B.A. in Sociology/Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
