Charles Klingberg

Charles Klingberg currently serves as the Training Manager at the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service, focusing on crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED) and crisis management in higher education. Prior to this role, Charles held various instructional positions as Agency Instructor I and II for the Critical Infrastructure Certificate Program. Charles has extensive experience with the U.S. Border Patrol, where responsibilities included serving as Assistant Chief from February 1996 to December 2018, followed by a brief tenure in January 2019.
