Rachel Martin, PMP, has extensive experience in IT management and software development, currently serving as IT Manager III at Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service since 2006. In this role, Rachel manages the development of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and oversees the enhancement of customer experiences through innovative solutions. Previous positions held at Texas A&M include Software Applications Developer III and Senior Software Applications Developer, where Rachel focused on eLearning course development and technical support. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Universal Computer Systems as a Peripheral Hardware Support Technician and Quality Assurance Technician. Rachel holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from Sam Houston State University and a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Visualization Sciences from Texas A&M University, along with associate degrees from Blinn College.
